Villa is placed on Sorrento hills across the peninsula, on a natural and panoramic terrace faced the gulf of Napoli, laying only few metres away from the panoramic point of two gulfs (Napoli and Salerno). It is perfect for 8  people seeking the tranquillity of a private villa with a relaxing garden a refreshing pool and an attentive service. You will be hosted directly by the owner and all the family who can provide for your needs and take care of you. 

Villa stands on three floors, each room has view on the wonderful gulf of Naples and Vesuvio, and  elegant furniture. Each room has its own different  style so everyone can choose its own  and  feel comfortable.

The surrounding flowered garden is equipped with BBQ with table and the magisc fairy lights, a relaxing area under a cover straws sea view patio, covered by typical Pagliarelle to stay "al fresco" and enjoy breakfast or dinner, panoramic private swimming pool, (6.00 mt. x 3.50 mt.) sun beds, solarium with shower, lemon garden, aromatic plants, inside private parking for two small cars.

On ground floor access to the entrance in a large hall with sofa, a living room with sofa bed, tv, blue ray DVD, virtual assistant (music and information), air conditioning, double staircase in marble which leads to the other floors, a living kitchen full equipped, with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee and tea corner with machine espresso, americano, fruits juicer to make lemonade or fruits juice, table and chairs.

From kitchen and hall access to the large covered patio with table and chairs and to the pool. On the same floor there is one bathroom with idro-massage shower, window, equipped laundry with washing and dryer machine, bedroom with 2 separable beds, large wardrobe, drawers, air conditioning, sea view window, private terrace equipped with sofa and sun umbrella. This room is suitable for people with limited mobility.

 On the first floor there is a large separable double bedroom with panoramic window, large-opened wardrobe, small drawers and air conditioning and a sofa bed. 

The second bedroom has double bed, small wardrobe and drawers, air conditioning and private panoramic equipped terrace. On the same floor large bathroom with shower and large bath  (for two) sea view window. On the same floor there is the third bedroom with tree singles beds a wardrobe and a panoramic window air conditioning

On the second floor one double bedroom, small kitchenette with fridge, wardrobe, sea view windows and air conditioning, a small covered patio with table and chairs  a bathroom with shower, window, and the large equipped panoramic terrace with sunbeds.

Sofa beds for two people  in the living € 60,00 per day

• Additional bath and bed linen provisioning, on request, € 15,00 for person

• Tourist tax (4,00 € a day for person for a maximum of 7 days) to be paid at check-in
