La villa indipendente si trova sulle colline di Sorrento a ridosso della Penisola, su una terrazza panoramica naturale di fronte al golfo di Napoli distante pochi metri dal punto panoramico dei due golfi (Napoli e Salerno) a 5 km da Sorrento ed 8 da Positano. E’ perfetta per 8 persone che cercano la tranquillità di una villa privata con un rilassante giardino, una piccola piscina rinfrescante ed un servizio attento a tutte le necessità. Sarete ospitati direttamente dai proprietari e dalla loro famiglia che si prenderà cura di voi. La struttura si articola su 3 livelli, ogni stanza ha vista panoramica sullo splendido golfo di Napoli e mobili eleganti.
Ogni stanza è diversa per andare incontro allo stile di ciascun ospite. E’ circondata da un rigoglioso giardino con Bbq in muratura, una tettoia attrezzata con vista mare in tipiche pagliarelle “al fresco”, una piccola piscina panoramica (6.00 mt x 3.50) lettini con teli, solarium con doccia, alberi di limoni, piante aromatiche e parcheggio interno per due auto piccole. La superficie complessiva del giardino e del patio è di circa 300 mq. La superficie interna è di 215 mq di cui 190 mq coperti.
Al piano terra si trova l'ingresso in ampio soggiorno con divano, tv, blu-ray dvd, assistente virtuale (musica ed informazioni) aria condizionata, scale doppie in marmo che collegano i tre piani, una cucina abitabile completamente attrezzata, lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, macchinetta caffè (espresso, cappuccino, americano) tavolo e sedie. Dalla cucina e dall’ingresso si accede al patio coperto con tavolo e sedie, un ampio cortile panoramico ed alla piscina. Sullo stesso piano c’è un bagno completo con doccia idromassaggio, finestra, e lavanderia con lavatrice ed asciugatrice, una stanza da letto matrimoniale con letti divisibili, ampio guardaroba, aria condizionata, finestra panoramica, e con terrazzo privato accessoriato. Data la particolarità di questa stanza, può essere utilizzata da persone con scarsa mobilità.
Al primo piano ci sono 2 stanze da letto: la prima matrimoniale con letti divisibili con finestra panoramica, armadio a vista, aria condizionata. La seconda stanza matrimoniale (non divisibile) con piccolo terrazzo panoramico privato, aria condizionata, cassettiera ed un piccolo armadio, un bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio jacuzzi (per due persone)e finestra vista mare.
Al secondo piano c'è una camera matrimoniale con piccolo angolo cottura, aria condizionata e finestra panoramica, piccolo patio coperto con ampie finestre, un bagno completo, con doccia, finestra e grande terrazzo panoramico attrezzato.

Lovely place to stay, highly recommend both the property and hosts!Tina is one of the friendliest and most attentive hosts we have ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble for her, from having a minor electrical issue sorted to helping us order takeaway dinner one night because our spoken Italian isn't too great! She provided us a fantastic introduction to the local area with tips on where to go and how to experience the beauty of the Amalfi coast. Her and Luigi present a beautifully clean rustic villa perched on the hill overlooking Sorrento which all of our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at. The property is spacious, has plenty of living spaces, is very comfortable and also away from the hectic centre of Sorrento which in summer can be crowded and noisy. The house also had great security and parking, again something to consider if driving in to the region.Really nothing. The property was advertised and presented as we expected. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Flore.

Wonderful villa in a beautiful part of ItalyThe villa was so beautiful - clean, spacious and every comfort we could want. The views were breathtaking and every detail had been thought of. Tina and Luigi were also the perfect hosts - nothing was too much trouble. They gave excellent support and guidance throughout our stay, helping to make it a perfect week!

A lovely stay at a beautiful propoerty, The hosts were even more special than the beautiful villaTina and Luigi graciously met with me the day before I checked in to ensure I knew what to expect when the rest of my group arrived the next day. When I arrived, she showed us her beautiful home and created our group's most lovely welcome surprises. We arranged a welcome reception and were blown away by the feast she and Anna Maria prepared for us. The food prepared for us during our stay and Tina's attentiveness to every detail made us feel cared for, and we couldn't have chosen a better location for our time in Sorrento. Thank you, Tina, Annamaria and Luigi, for making our vacation spectacular!We loved everything!

Fantastic villa for families with children with an exceptional host. Would definitely recommend!The host Tina was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early on request. Tina also facilitated in helping arrange my sons birthday with going to tremendous efforts to source foods with dietary requirements. Tina was more than helpful on standby with accessibility questions with what tourist things can be done during our stay. All rooms had great AC facilities and the fresh lemon tree was amazing!The only issues we had were mosquitoes due to the time of year that we visited- recommend taking a good repellant spray

Stunning villaThis family home is amazing and the hosts go above and beyond to make you feel welcome! The villa is in a great location with stunning views across the bay of Naples, you can easily access the amalfi coast from here as well. The pool was cleaned every morning and the property was extremely clean. I would recommend this villa to anyone!
